A Personal Story
When my grandmother could no longer bathe, dress or move around on her own, our family's daily life changed almost overnight. Someone had to be with her — morning, noon and night.
We took turns, adjusted work, and eventually looked into caregivers and nursing homes. Love was never the problem. Time, energy and money were.
That experience is why I focus on eldercare planning today: so families can face these moments with dignity, choices and less financial strain.

Consider whether your savings and existing protection would be enough to support your future care needs.
Retirement planning should consider not only everyday living expenses, but also the possibility of needing ongoing care.
Planning ahead can help you understand your options and prepare for possible care expenses, while reducing uncertainty for your family.
Planning ahead gives you more time to understand your options.
You do not need to wait until retirement or until a health issue appears to start thinking about future care costs.
